It’s a chain that’s common around the Netherlands but is a great place to hold a meeting and enjoy a diverse drink menu.
Coffee Company’s main product is, unsurprisingly, coffee and other beverages, so their food menu is limited. Their drinks menu is large, so it’s a good place to find that chai latte or frappuccino. They serve basic sandwiches, croissants and baked goods.
None of their food is especially outstanding, but it’s all decent. Their cookies are probably the best baked treat that they offer. The croissants are fresh and accompany your caffeinated beverage of choice nicely.
Like any chain, the decoration is similar across their establishments. The colors are bright, the furniture is corporate-bohemian and the space is designed for both working and chatting. You can easily spend a few hours working away on your laptop, half an hour catching up with a friend on a comfortable couch or just grab a drink and go.
The baristas are generally friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable about the coffee. Counter service only and they appreciate it if you clear your own glasses.
The menu is in a blend of Dutch and English, with Starbucks-esque terms thrown around. You should easily be able to manage it. There’s also free wifi.
Snacks range from €3 to €6 and the drinks are in the same range.
